Engineers are Fixed Term basis for a period of 5 years for its Pune Unit for Artillery Fuze Project.

Fixed Term Engineer – Electronics

Number of posts: 10

Job Profile: 

Testing/troubleshooting of Fuze to be integrated with Artillery ammunition, Electronics modules, PCBs -Assembly of Electronics modules Supervision of Assembly/ Testing line(Rotational Shifts) Technical Support and supply chain management of PCB

Assemblies at BEL’s vendors located in Mumbai/Bangalore etc.

Job Location: -Pune Location.

Educational Qualification: Candidates completed full time B.E / B.Tech in Electronics/ Electronics & telecommunications/ Electronics & Communications /Communication / Telecommunication from a recognized institute.

General / OBC candidates secured minimum 60% aggregate marks.

SC / ST / PWD candidates secured minimum 50% aggregate marks. 

Age limit: Upper age limit is 27 years as on 01.10.2018.

Mandatory Experience: Minimum Two years post qualification experience of Electronics

assembly operations and Testing of PCBs in Industrial or Defence Electronics manufacturing industries excluding Graduate Apprenticeship training period. 

Fixed Term Engineer:-  Mechanical

Number of posts: 10 

Job Profile:- Supply chain management of Mechanical Parts, Assemblies Follow up for a supply of Parts from outstation BEL’s vendors located in Hyderabad/ Nagpur etc. Testing's Mechanical Assemblies Supervision at Rotational Shifts of Fuze Assembly line including

explosive component.

Job Location: - 

• 08 posts for Pune Location 
• 02 posts for Nagpur Location.              

Educational Qualification:-Candidates are completed full-time B.E / B. Tech in

Mechanical from a recognized institute.

General / OBC candidates secured minimum 60% aggregate marks.

SC /ST / PWD candidates secured minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Age limit: Upper age limit is 27 years as on 01.10.2018.

Mandatory Experience: 2 years post qualification experience of an assembly operation and QC process in industrial or Defence electronic manufacturing industries excluding Graduate Apprenticeship or Training period.

2. Age relaxation & Reservation:

For all  posts, age relaxation for the reserved categories will be applicable as follows us SC / ST - 5 years, OBC - 3 years, PWD - 10 years relaxation over and above the relaxation

admissible for that category.

3. Mode of selection:

• Selection will be through written test and interview.
• Call letters are sent to the e-mail IDs of eligible candidates for attending the written test.
• Candidates are shortlisted for interview based on their performance in written test.
• Date of the written test is intimated by e-mail in due course. The written test will
• consist of objective type questions from engineering subjects in respective disciplines/specializations.
