The post holder will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide support to the IT Manager. The post holder is responsible for supporting and maintaining.

• Providing Desktop and Laptop support to end users-
• Providing Level 1 Support for Printer and Email Problems
• Configuring and troubleshooting problem w.r.t Operating System
• Configuring and Trouble Shooting Handheld devices like Mobile Phones & Tablets
