Job Description:
- Work on tasks assigned on varied Order management activities
- Should be able to close loop the tickets assigned, helping the onsite technician
- Investigate in multiple applications and resolve queries on tasks assigned
- Communicating via email and calls with onshore clients
- Responsible to meet the performance criteria by the Org.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only Graduates or above (Regular) can apply.
- Excellent command on the English language is mandatory.
- Candidates with minimum 6 months to maximum 4 years of experience
- Candidates with more than 4 years of experience are not eligible
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts
- Candidates with experience in telecom process will be preferred
