Experience: At least 3 years (for Degree) / 6 years (for Diploma) of maintenance experience with minimum 2 years in the central workshop/repair & rebuilding of parts/piping fabrication and erection.

Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning and scheduling of fabrication of piping jobs as per drawings, Isometrics as requested by plants.
2. Planning and scheduling for mechanical maintenance and fabrication jobs for a non-plant area with safety compliance and best quality of fabrication to achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Planning & scheduling of structure fabrication & erection as per plant & non-plant requirement.
4. Supervise manufacturing and repair of various spare parts in the workshop
5. Co-ordinate in
6. Supervise safety test
7. Coordinate and supervise rotor balancing ..
8. Ensuring the quality of the work as per the QAP for the job
9. Coordinate for the inspection of various jobs
10. Preventive maintenance of machines and equipment
11. Optimization of the resources used by the fabrication contractor
12. Ensuring the compliance of the RIL security requirement both at the fabrication yard and in the field.
13. Ensure excellent housekeeping & timely disposal of the scrape.
