Eligibility criteria :
- 10th grade - 60%
- 12th grade - 60%
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA equivalent 60% or more applicable as per university guidelines
- All arrears and backlogs have to be approved at the time of the selection process.
- Year of passing: 2020 batch
- B.E./B.Tech
- CS / IT / ECE / EEE / E&I / Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering / Aeronautical / Mechatronics
- Candidates who have not participated in any selection process of Wipro in the last 6 months are not eligible
Other Criteria:
- Maximum 3 years of education gap, if any, 10th and graduation is allowed.
- Should be from 10th, 12th and full-time degree course in undergraduate, recognized by the Central / State Government of India.
- All arrears and backlogs have to be approved at the time of the selection process.
- All examinations/viva-voce/training must be completed and no pending attendance with the college/university should be required.
- Should be an Indian citizen or have a PIO or OCI card in case of holding a passport from another country
- Citizens of Bhutan and Nepal have to submit their citizenship certificate
- The candidates who participated in any selection process conducted by Wipro in the last six months are not eligible.
Wipro Selection Process:
Each eligible candidate will have to go through the online details attached below for your reference.
Online assessment consisting of 3 sections
- Aptitude Test - Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (Verbal) Ability.
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Written Communication Examination - Essay Writing.
- Duration: 20 minutes
- Online Programming Test - Two programs for coding.
- Duration: 60 minutes
Candidates can choose any one programming language for coding test: Java, C, C ++ or Python
It will be entirely at the discretion of Wipro to allow/restrict the participation of any candidate, whether eligibility is eligible in the selection process of National Talent Hunt.
On being selected in online evaluation, candidates will have to undergo technical interview after HR interview.

Compensation:
- Wipro Elite Offer is INR 3.50 Lakh Per Year
- The top performers of the Elite National Talent Hunt will get the chance to upgrade their offers through the "Turbo Challenge".
- "Turbo Challenge" will have an advanced level of coding test
- Compensation of successful top candidates from "Turbo Challenge" will be upgraded from INR 3.5 lakh to INR 6.5 lakh per year. The compensation of the remaining candidates will be INR 3.5 lakh per year.
